Through July 5, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy is seeking information to improve inclusive and equitable access to the (e.g., STEM education, small business innovation, technology transfer, entrepreneurship and commercialization) and Federally-funded research, development, demonstration and deployment activities.

 

Specifically, the White House wants to understand barriers that prevent innovators from underrepresented groups or underserved communities from participating in the Federally-funded research and development-driven sector., recommendations on how to increase their participation, and programs that have successfully supported such innovators.
