Build America, Buy America Guidelines Released
The Build America, Buy America Act was included as part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. This week the White House released new requirements and guidance for how construction materials for projects funded by the law should be sourced. The guidance also outlines criteria for waivers. Webinar: Safe Streets for All Grant Program

Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Rural Playbook
Earlier this year the White House released the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Guidebook. This month they released the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Rural Playbook. The Rural Playbook outlines sources and programs set aside for rural communities.
