Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Workshop

The Department of Transportation approved California’s Deployment Plan for the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Program that was created by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. This week, representatives from the California Energy Commission, County of Los Angeles, LA Metro, and the LA Department of Water and Power shared their insights at our workshop. New Funding Opportunities

Regional Clean Hydrogen Hubs

The Department of Energy (DOE) seeks to establish regional clean hydrogen hubs across the country through the H2Hubs Program. Concept papers are due by November 7, 2022 and full applications are due by April 7, 2023. Learn more.

The DOE announced three new funding opportunities related to carbon storage, carbon capture, and carbon transport. Learn more. 

Strengthening Mobility and Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART)

The USDOT announced that the funding opportunity for safety and efficiency demonstration projects is now open through November 18, 2022. Learn more. 

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) announced a new funding opportunity for bus automation demonstration projects. Applications are due November 21, 2022. Learn more.

Virtual Funding Fair

The California Financing Coordinating Committee is hosting a free virtual funding fair. Federal, state, and local agencies will be available to provide advice on how to seek funding for infrastructure projects.
